The RASS Advisory Board members represent the voices, needs and perspectives of retailers, wholesalers, public health and law enforcement members in our communities statewide. Members are asked to serve at least one year on the Board and are typically appointed by their organization or association's board members as an official representative and liaison. RASS is guided by the seven-point plan and the original work group's vision that was approved by the large RASS Coalition in 1999. The group members work together with a facilitator and make decisions by consensus.
